MEDIUM HEAT / MAX FLAVOUR
The perfect spicy, smokey condiment for dipping, dunking and glazing. This was the first hot sauce they made and sold! It's been a solid favourite and an award winner for balanced heat and flavour.
Bit of a spice nerd, Tom, has found the nicest un-heat treated smoked paprika which gives this sauce it's smokey flavour. I mix scotch bonnetswith italian tomatoes, loads of garlic & red wine vinegar which makes it an almost ketchupy hot sauce.
