Our products
BUTCHERY
We are dedicated to providing an exceptional selection of meats that are consistently fresh and of premium quality. Our beef comes from our own carefully reared cattle, lamb from trusted farms in Gloucestershire, and pork from high-grade pigs raised on a small independent farm just outside of Stroud. We prioritise the well-being of our animals, transporting them only a short distance to a local abattoir to minimise stress and reduce 'food miles'. This dedication to ethical practices ensures not only superior meat but also contributes to a sustainable and responsible food system.
Beef
Indulge in our rich beef cuts, including succulent sirloin, fillet and ribeye steaks, tenderloin, stewing beef, and BBQ ribs. As well as a variety of gourmet burgers and beef mince.
Pork
We sell only the best joints of pork, tender belly pork, pork shoulder, bacon, flavoured sausages, and pork chops.
Chicken
Level up your Sunday roast with our juicy whole chickens. Or opt in for chicken breasts, thighs, bacon-wrapped boneless, or Kiev's for your mid-week meal.

FRUIT AND VEG
We provide a wide selection of fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables packaged in eco-friendly paper bags. Fruit

ARTISAN
Alongside our own produce, we also offer a wide range of artisan products. Most of these products are local to us, helping you to reduce your food miles, as well as supporting smaller and local businesses. Tubby Tom's
Tubby Tom's is a delicious and quirky handmade sauce and seasonings company based in Gloucester. Tom started his journey in 2015 with a small batch of BBQ sauce for his friends.
Selsley foods
Based in a local village in Stroud, Selsley foods provide a wide range of simply superb jams, marmalades, chutney's, pickles, and syrups. Buy your next jar in our shop.
The Garlic Farm
Something for the garlic lovers out there! Try out The Garlic Farm's garlicky relish, mayo, jam's, and sauces, stocked up in our shop, based in the Isle of Wight.
Wholly Gelato
Buy your pudding from us with Wholly Gelato's Italian-style flavoured ice cream. Based in Gloucester, their gelato is produced on-site daily using pasteurised milk from their lovely herd of cows.
Cotswold honey
Very yummy local honey! We stock both set and runny honey from Cotswold Honey, who's hives are based in Minchinhampton and Nymspfield.

CAKES
All of our cakes and tray bakes are homemade with love by our awesome kitchen staff. Eat your heart out with our chocolatey gooey brownies, golden brown flapjacks, or delicious cakes!
